Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $695 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, October 21, 2011.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa at a special discounted rate of $189 per night (excluding taxes). You can also reserve your room via the Doral Golf Resort & Spa Online Reservation Link, which will automatically apply the conference rate to your dates booked at the hotel.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is October 26, 2011. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Friday, October 14, 2011, at the above address. Material arriving after November 07, 2011 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Monday, November 14, 2011. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
